The hotel with personal atmosphere is situated directly behind the townhall, in the heart of the Josefstadt, (one of the most beautiful districts of Vienna). NEW: surf stations for clients!! Museumsquartier, Hofburg,Houses of parliament, Burgtheater, University, Kunst- und Naturhistorisches museum are reachable in few walking minutes. The closest undergroundstation is only 3 walking minutes away. The cosy rooms in the Jugendstilhouse partly have a balcony and a view to the garden. Every morning we offer an extended buffetbreakfast. Parking Garage can be reserved nearby. Our reception will be pleased to help with sightseeing-, opera and theatertickets.


Cancellation Policy

1. If not mentioned differently above, cancellation is free of charge until 48 hours before arrival. In case of a later cancellation, the whole amount must be paid for. Not valid for rates with special booking conditions, like Hot Deal, Promotion Rate, Advanced Booking Rate and Special Rate.
2. The contract is concluded between the guest and the operator of the accommodation.
4. For reservations with more than 3 rooms different hotel cancelation rules apply.
