The comfort of cable-TV, telephone, Laptop-connection as well as shower/WC and hair-dryer are standard. Most of them are facing our beautiful garden, where we serve breakfast in summer. Cancellation Policy

1. If not mentioned differently above, cancellation is free of charge until 48 hours before arrival. In case of a later cancellation, the whole amount must be paid for. Not valid for rates with special booking conditions, like Hot Deal, Promotion Rate, Advanced Booking Rate and Special Rate.
2. The contract is concluded between the guest and the operator of the accommodation.
4. For reservations with more than 3 rooms different hotel cancelation rules apply.
