The Hotel Schild has 28 spacious rooms and one apartment, some with adjoining terrace (on request). Hotel Schild is a completely non-smoking hotel. In addition to the comfortable atmosphere, all rooms provide individually adjustable air condition, free Internet access, satellite TV with more than 40 national and international stations, and all common facilities. All our rooms are equipped with a bathtub. Some of the rooms have an additional shower and a bidet. Baby cots are available upon request (free of charge). Extra beds in each room type are available at an additional cost. Children up to 6 years stay free of charge when sharing the room and bed with 2 adults. The children's breakfast (up to 6 years) can be booked in the hotel (additional cost). The hotel is surrounded by forests, but also located within the city. It has direct access to public transportation - the bus stop is situated just a few steps from the hotel, and the privately owned garage (surcharge) enables you to enjoy a car-free stay without missing any comfort. The historical city centre of Vienna can be reached within 25 - 30 minutes by public transport. The famous Vienna woods are reachable in a 10-minute walk, and many famous "Wiener Heurigen" (Viennese wine taverns) are located only a few steps away. Disabled people are very welcome in our hotel, but we do not offer the official status "suitable for the disabled". All rooms and public areas are reachable by wheelchair.
