1.If not mentioned differently above, cancellation is free of charge until 48 hours before arrival. In case of a later cancellation, the whole amount must be paid for.
2. The contract is concluded between the guest and the operator of the accommodation.
3. The Austrian Hotel Contract regulations are valid for this reservation
4. For reservations with more than 3 rooms different hotel cancelation rules apply.
5. All above mentioned conditions are valid only for FIT reservations (except New Years Period and EM 2008). In case of group reservations special conditions are mentioned seperate. If not the the Austrian Hotel Contract conditions are valid.
6. New Year 2008/2009: The cancelation fee is 100 % of the total price, if the room won´t sale again.
Periode 29.12.2008 – 2.1.2009 : Free cancellations are possible up to 15 days prior to the arrival date. All cancellations after that date must be charged with 100% of the booking value if the room/s can not be rented out further. This policy is also valid in case of no show arrivals and earlier check outs.
