1.If not mentioned differently above, cancellation is free of charge until 48 hours before arrival. In case of a later cancellation, the whole amount must be paid for.
2. The contract is concluded between the guest and the operator of the accommodation.
3. The Austrian Hotel Contract regulations are valid for this reservation
4. For reservations with more than 3 rooms different hotel cancelation rules apply.
5. All above mentioned conditions are valid only for FIT reservations (except New Years Period). In case of group reservations special conditions are mentioned seperate. If not the the Austrian Hotel Contract conditions are valid.
PROMOTION RATE: Cancelation free of charge till 3 days prior arrival. After that we will take the first night from your credit card. (We can`t pay back the first night in case of a cancelation) --------------------------------------- HOT DEALS: The price of the whole stay will be taken from your creditcard directly after reservation. In case of a cancelation we can't give back any money.
