1.If not mentioned differently above, cancellation is free of charge until 48 hours before arrival. In case of a later cancellation, the whole amount must be paid for.
2. The contract is concluded between the guest and the operator of the accommodation.
3. The Austrian Hotel Contract regulations are valid for this reservation
4. For reservations with more than 3 rooms different hotel cancelation rules apply.
5. All above mentioned conditions are valid only for FIT reservations (except New Years Period and EM 2008). In case of group reservations special conditions are mentioned seperate. If not the the Austrian Hotel Contract conditions are valid.
6. Cancellation conditions 29.12.2008 - 01.01.2009: free cancellation til 14 days before arrival, only guaranteed reservations are accepted and minimum stay is 2 nighs.
