Our hotel is situated in the art and cultural metropolis of Vienna, in the Mautner Markhof-Gasse close to the Simmeringer Hauptstrasse in Vienna's 11th district (known as “Simmering”). Our location is ideal, 'between the Vienna city centre and Viennas Schwechat airport .
Under the expert leadership of the Hahns, a Viennese family with their own construction business, this beautiful Viennese building underwent careful and complete renovations in 2007 and 2008, now proud to offer its guests 39 very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing 3-star rooms. The hotel is privately run, captivating with the charm of its amenities and the quality of its personal service.

The most beautiful sights and attractions can be reached by public transportation (the U3 underground line and tram, for example) in a matter of minutes: St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Kärntnerstrasse, Graben, Kohlmarkt, as well as the Ringstrasse with the Vienna State Opera, the Art and Natural History Museums, the Hofburg palace and the National Library, all of which are to be found in the centre of the city.
… and: Our entire hotel, including all the rooms, is exclusively non-smoking. Let there be no doubt, we are a no-smoking establishment!
Cancellation Policy
6. New Years Eve: We only accept bookings with creditcard-guarantee. Cancellation for free is possible until 30 days prior arrival.
. 5.-10. march 2009 (ERC) : Cancellations until 14 days before arrival: The first night has to be paid as a cancellation fee. In case of later cancellation or no-show the full amount has to be paid.
. During the following periods cancellation is free until 21 days before arrival (in case of later cancellation or no-show the full amount has to be paid):
19.-24. april 2009, 2.-7. june 2009, 12.-16. september, 27.september bis 1. october 2009.
1.If not mentioned differently above, cancellation is free of charge until 48 hours before arrival. In case of a later cancellation, the whole amount must be paid for.
2. The contract is concluded between the guest and the operator of the accommodation.
3. The Austrian Hotel Contract regulations are valid for this reservation
4. For reservations with more than 3 rooms different hotel cancelation rules apply.
5. All above mentioned conditions are valid only for FIT reservations (except New Years Period and EM 2008). In case of group reservations special conditions are mentioned seperate. If not the the Austrian Hotel Contract conditions are valid.
