Experience Vienna - live near the centre and yet where it´s quiet and pleasant! U 2 station Rathaus, one minute from the hotel. 74-bed hotel in beautiful renovated Biedermeier building. Snug and cosy atmosphere, breakfast buffet. Rooms with all amenities with shower or bathroom/WC, telephone. The room views are just examples of bookable rooms ! Effective 2009 January 1st, restaurants and hotels in Austria will underly a new non-smoking regulation. Following items are of particular significance: Hotel Lobby: A hotel lobby is public area and therefore, like in all public areas, smoking is not permitted in hotel lobbies. Hotel Rooms: The Austrian Ministry of Health supports the opinion, that guest rooms are public area. Therefore, smoking is strictly prohibitted in guest rooms. We kindly ask to respect this new regulation.


Cancellation Policy

1.If not mentioned differently above, cancellation is free of charge until 1 day (6:00 p.m.) before arrival. In case of a later cancellation, the whole amount must be paid for.
2. The contract is concluded between the guest and the operator of the accommodation.
3. The Austrian Hotel Contract regulations are valid for this reservation
4. For reservations with more than 3 rooms different hotel cancelation rules apply.
5. All above mentioned conditions are valid only for FIT reservations. In case of group reservations special conditions are mentioned seperate. If not the the Austrian Hotel Contract conditions are valid.
6. New Years Period (28.12.2011 - 01.01.2012): A cancellation free of charge is possible till 3 das before arrival. Afterwards the hotel will charge 100% cancellation fee.
