Description

Hotel Goldenen Spinne is a 3 star hotel in the heart of Vienna. All sights of the inner city, like Hofburg, Opera house or St. Stephan's Cathedral are in walking distance. But we can also offer very good public transport facilities because the train station Vienna Center is close to our hotel (3 minutes walk). Our guests apprechiate specially the wonderful view over the whole inner city and the “Stadtpark” one of the most beautiful public gardens of Vienna.


Cancellation Policy

1. If not mentioned differently above, cancellation is free of charge until 48 hours before arrival. In case of a later cancellation, the whole amount must be paid for. Not valid for rates with special booking conditions, like Hot Deal, Promotion Rate, Advanced Booking Rate and Special Rate.
2. The contract is concluded between the guest and the operator of the accommodation.
4. For reservations with more than 3 rooms different hotel cancelation rules apply.
3. The Austrian Hotel Contract regulations are valid for this reservation
5. All above mentioned conditions are valid only for FIT reservations (except New Years Period). In case of group reservations special conditions are mentioned seperate. If not the the Austrian Hotel Contract conditions are valid.
