1. A free of charge cancellation is possible until 6.00 pm of the agreed arrival date. For late cancellations and in the case of "no show" we charge 95% of the agreed price of the first night.
2. The contract is concluded between the guest and the operator of the accommodation.
3. The Austrian Hotel Contract regulations are valid for this reservation.
4. For reservations with more than 3 rooms different hotel cancelation rules apply.
5. All above mentioned conditions are valid only for FIT reservations. In case of group reservations special conditions are mentioned seperate. If not the the Austrian Hotel Contract conditions are valid.
