Description

Founded in the year 1987 the Pension Aviano is situated in an old patrician building at the corner of Kärntnerstrasse and Marco d'Avianogasse . Directly in the citycenter, among historic and important sights of Austrian history.

A convenient base from which travellers can explore the city and for those how are on search of something special. Indeed the Pension is not only ideally situated, it also offers visitors all the comfort and service of a 4 star Pension with good value for money and viennese touch. The firstclass service of our staff speaks for this small but special house.

The rooms are situated between the 3rd and the 4th level and all are equipped with shower, toilette, hairdryer, TV, telefon, minibar and free w-lan. All rooms are non-smoking-rooms. Some rooms offer a wounderful view at Kärntnerstrasse and to St. Stephan's Cathedral.
Our staff is looking forward to your visit and will help you with all your questions and wishes.

They also will assist you professionally in organizing your tours, concerts and your Vienna Card.




Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation conditions: Reservations 1 or 2 nights: Free cancellation till 2 days before arrival, afterwards one night will be charged. Reservations 3 nights or more: Free cancellation till 7 days before arrival, from 7 to 5 days one night will be charged, afterwards 2 nights will be charged.
2. The contract is concluded between the guest and the operator of the accommodation.
3. The Austrian Hotel Contract regulations are valid for this reservation
4. For reservations with more than 3 rooms different hotel cancelation rules apply.
5. All above mentioned conditions are valid only for FIT reservations (except New Years Period). In case of group reservations special conditions are mentioned seperate. If not the the Austrian Hotel Contract conditions are valid.
