1.If not mentioned differently above, cancellation is free of charge until 48 hours before arrival. In case of a later cancellation or No Show, one night will be charged.
2. The contract is concluded between the guest and the operator of the accommodation.
3. The Austrian Hotel Contract regulations are valid for this reservation
4. For reservations with more than 3 rooms different hotel cancelation rules apply.
5. All above mentioned conditions are valid only for FIT reservations. In case of group reservations special conditions are mentioned seperate. If not the the Austrian Hotel Contract conditions are valid.
6.New year's eve: Free cancellation until 10 days before arrival only and a reservation is only possible with credit card guarantee. In case of a later cancellation or No Show, one night will be charged.
7. Bookings with minimum stay: Preterm depature - before the end of the minimum stay - causes a cancellation fee in the amount of the whole stay. Special rates or congress rates: cancellation is free of charge until 5 days before arrival. In case of a later cancellation or No Show, the total amount will be charged.
